Returns Policy

You can cancel this order within 24 (twenty four) hours.
Due to the nature of our products, we unfortunately do not accept returns.
Our goods are quality checked prior to delivery. Should you feel you have a legitimate grievance, we will investigate each request on a case-by-case basis.

Any disputes involving returns or refund requests will be amicably managed as best as possible. The decision of the Kullid Corporation will however be final and binding in these instances.
